While visiting my doctor, the pouch (or port) in my body got refilled and that meant an all liquid diet for the day. Thank goodness! He also checked my existing meds and asked if I was still taking blood pressure meds. I said yes, however, I will triple check this with my primary doctor. I have asked him if I can stop taking these, however, he still won't take me off them. Soon... very soon!
My doctor also reminded me to walk and/or do exercise. I told him how hard this is post-surgery. I walk and I get winded right away. Of course, I am just plain lazy too!
My next appointment is on September 1, 2011. Hopefully the results will be just as good.

as long as your lungs check out ok, they should get used to it if you keep exercising. i just read about the port. filling it expedites weight loss, and removing saline can alleviate side effects if necessary. sounds like you're doing great!
ReplyDelete@Joann - yes, it is just plain laziness... Thanks, I am very happy with todays results.
